We recommend booking sessions a minimum of two weeks apart so you have time to integrate insights following a session. You’re welcome to work with either Jeff or Christine for different sessions - but keep in mind some of the sessions are facilitated only by Jeff or Christine. (For example, only Christine does Soul Aligned Sessions 04-06 above, as this is her passion).
