We’re Jeff and Christine—a married couple, grateful to be walking this path of life, love, and purpose together.
We first met in California, where we each spent most of our lives. When our paths converged, it sparked a deep and sincere exploration of healing, growth, and what it truly means to live well.
A foundational lens in our work is Quantum Human Design, where we are both Manifesting Generators. This design carries dynamic, multi-passionate energy and a natural drive to explore what works through lived experience. For us, that has meant learning how to honor our energy, listen to our bodies, and align our lives in ways that feel sustainable and authentic. We bring this same integrative, real-world approach to supporting our clients in their own unique design.
Our commitment to holistic mind-body-spirit health deepened after a life-altering moment: Jeff’s triple bypass heart surgery. While we are deeply grateful for Western medicine and its life-saving role, that experience revealed something essential—true healing extends far beyond crisis care. It opened the door to exploring holistic wellness of the whole person — physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual.
Both of us come from previous marriages—Jeff with three sons and Christine with one. Our blended family and life experiences have cultivated a grounded compassion and understanding that naturally informs our work.
Today, we call Santa Fe, New Mexico home. We love its soulful energy and creative spirit. In our free time, you’ll find us in nature, connecting with friends, or enjoying quiet evenings at home with our beloved companions—Tia, our big Bernadoodle, and Sir Milo, our friendly cat.

Christine | Background & Focus
Christine spent nearly 30 years in the corporate world, where she built a successful career in Marketing and Consumer Research. Working for Fortune 500 companies, she became known for her strategic insight, analytical depth and leadership in understanding human behavior.
A natural researcher and lifelong learner, Christine's curiosity and passion eventually turned toward personal and collective healing and transformation. What began as a personal journey soon became a professional calling, leading her to step away from the corporate path and devote herself to coaching others on their path of inner healing and transformation.
In 2017, Christine began studying bioenergetics and became a practitioner with Energy4Life while continuing her corporate consulting. Energy4Life is a bioenergetic system that works with subtle frequencies to identify stress patterns and energetic imbalances influencing physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Through this work, Christine developed a deeper understanding of how energetic patterns shape vitality, resilience, and the body’s natural capacity to restore balance.
By 2022, Christine fully stepped away from the corporate world and immersed herself in advanced trauma-informed and personal development coaching for others. During this period, she facilitated nearly 1,000 private coaching sessions, supporting clients through trauma healing, personal growth, and soul-aligned direction. Astrology—long a personal passion—naturally became part of her work, offering archetypal and cosmic insight into life patterns, timing, and purpose.
Christine is also a Certified Quantum Human Design® Practitioner. Quantum Human Design is an evolved, empowering system that helps individuals understand how their energy is uniquely designed to operate, make decisions, and express their gifts—free from conditioning and comparison. Rather than focusing on limitation, QHD provides a practical, compassionate map for aligning with one’s authentic blueprint and navigating life with greater clarity and self-trust.
Alongside this work, Christine has continued expanding her understanding of the mind–body connection and brain health, integrating neuroscience-informed tools with Brain Health Coaching via Amen Univerity, support emotional regulation, mental clarity, and sustainable well-being—especially for sensitive nervous systems.
In 2025, it became clear that both Jeff and Christine were being called to create something of their own—bringing together their shared values and complementary strengths. Inspired Beyond was born as an expression of their combined passion for holistic healing, conscious growth, and supporting others in living beyond conditioning.
Christine’s work is especially devoted to supporting women—particularly sensitive and neurodivergent women—in reconnecting with their bodies, nervous systems, and inner wisdom. She weaves together trauma-informed coaching, intuitive guidance, Quantum Human Design, astrology, bioenergetics, and brain health to help women release inherited patterns, understand their unique energetic design, and step into lives that feel aligned, embodied, and deeply their own.
Jeff | Background & Focus
Jeff spent much of his working life in the construction industry, both in hands-on roles and in construction sales. Throughout his career, he naturally gravitated toward mentorship—offering guidance, encouragement, and grounded support to those around him, often long before he recognized this as coaching.
Drawn toward deeper healing and personal growth, Jeff trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and Matrix Reimprinting, supporting significant healing in his own life. He was also actively involved in 12-step recovery, hosting and leading ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families) groups—experience that deepened his capacity to hold compassionate, steady space for those navigating complex emotional and relational patterns.
In 2022, Jeff felt a clear inner nudge to step more fully into professional coaching. He trained in a personal development school that provided extensive trauma-informed coaching training, refining his ability to guide others through deep inner work with care. During this period, Jeff facilitated roughly 1,000 private coaching sessions, walking alongside clients as they navigated meaningful healing, insight, and life transition.
In 2025, Inspired Beyond Launched! Jeff is focusing on expanding his work through an in-depth Brain Health coaching program at Amen University, integrating neuroscience-based strategies. He is preparing to offer coaching specifically focused on men’s issues and brain health—supporting men in building resilience, self-awareness, and a healthier relationship with both their inner world and their cognitive well-being.

Incredibly Accurate
Over a 2.5 year period I have done 5 sessions each with Christine and Jeff, trying almost all of their offerings. They are both extremely gifted at what they do. Their divine intuitive/pendulum testing abilities are incredibly accurate. They both have a grounded, loving and compassionate bedside manner, holding space and making you feel seen and valued.
